Installation Tool Kit

(SR-M-75CTK)

Available as a convenience to the installer, this kit includes all essential tools necessary to prepare M26/M36(Generation 3 and 4) switchgear sections for the installation of the Safe-T-Rack remote racking system (cubicle kit).

Kit includes: ISO 20 punch, ISO 40 punch, automatic center punch, 3/16” and 3/8” titanium drill bits, 5/32” Allen wrench, 3/8” combination box/open wrench and a magnetic level.

Clearance Tag Kit

(SR-M-75HCC)

This accessory provides a user safety clearance tag point to communicate that the equipment is “out of service”. This kit includes a red dust cap with a secured chain to a reinforced re-closable vinyl envelope.

To ensure the proper operation of the Safe-T-Rack system the elevating mechanism within the breaker cabinet must be properly functioning. In order to achieve this, a kit has been developed containing the most commonly required replacement parts.

Cubicle Upgrade Kit

(SR-MG3-75RUK)

This upgrade kit provides a pre-wired harness and power receptacle to convert the GE MagneBlast Gen. 3 cabinet to a Gen. 4 configuration in order to accommodate the Safe-T-Rack SR & SRN systems. This kit replaces the motor power receptacle, power switch, and the elevating motor control circuit in the Gen. 3 cabinet. The kit also contains a wiring schematic and instructions on converting to the Gen. 4 standard.

This upgrade kit provides a pre-wired harness and power receptacle to convert the GE MagneBlast Gen. 2 cabinet to a Gen. 4 configuration in order to accommodate the Safe-T-Rack SR & SRN systems. This kit replaces the motor power receptacle, motor mounting bracket, power switch, and the elevating motor control circuit in the Gen. 2 cabinet. The kit also contains a wiring schematic and instructions on converting to the Gen. 4 standard.
